The cost of consulting can vary hugely depending on the size of your business, the professional’s experience and your requirements.

Our company is an international consulting company that partners with other different business companies.Our team members are professionals in different business areas but we mostly collaborate with our partners.

What are the terms of working with a consultant?

Every our client can be sure that we set the terms upfront. We offer one time contract or different terms of contract. We can work month-to-month or just for agreed period.

Other Questions

How will it differ from advice from my accountant or bank manager?

Your accountant is working for himself or his company and the bank manager is working for the bank. Therefore their advice will be geared to ensure they make a profit for their enterprises. Our consultants are working for you, and will be paid only on the success that they bring to your company. Neither your accountant nor your bank manager can give you this type of advice, support and assistance.

All consultants are previous or current business owners with tertiary qualifications. Rarely do other management consultancy/business advisory services have such comprehensive qualifications..

How do you guarantee your services?

We are as good as our last job! We are confident in our ability to provide you with a service that will significantly impact your business, therefore, for most of the support we provide there is no long term contract and you are able to cancel at any time.

Do you offer volume or loyalty discounts?

Even if you’re a new Intelivate client, if the project scope is significant, we’ll build in volume discounts. These discounts will be clearly outlined in the proposal pricing.

Volume discounts can range anywhere from 5% to 30% of our typical consulting rates.

Will you agree with everything I say?

Only if you’re always right. One of our jobs is to help you avoid mistakes. We’ll challenge your ideas and assumptions so that you’ll be ready for the tough business situations or other.

What if I`m not satisfied with the consultation session?

If the Client is not happy with the consultation session, the amount will be reimbursed to the Client upon request within 24 hours of concluding the consultation session. 

What about privacy? Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Gladly. We prefer to use a Mutual NDA so that our own trade secrets can be protected as well.

Privacy is key for us. All your data are strictly confidential and are only shared with potential clients after you marked your interest for a project.

Do you have references?

Certainly. We would be pleased to introduce you to our past clients. However, in order to respect the time and generosity of our past clients, we provide references as the final step before you sign the engagement letter.

What is your refund policy?

Your initial payment is non-refundable. This is because by the time you have decided to hire us, we have already set aside time to work with you, and we may even have turned away other opportunities in order to provide you with the best possible experience.
